25 May 2250L Arbor Vitae Wisc. PA-31 Reg: N36DR Crashed in forest shortly after take-off from r/way 36 Lakeland A/P in good weather. 4 fatal / 4 on board Killed incl Cpt Carl Price and ret'd AA Pilot Cpt Ed Vogler (both ex Chief Pilots of American Airlines).
25 May Montreal Mirabel L-1011 of Air Transat Flt: TSC774 Declared PAN 100nm South and returned Montreal. Nil #3 engine failure.
28 May 0820L Dublin 737 of Aer Lingus Aborted Gatwick flt and returned with a tech emerg. Nil / 55pax & 5 crew Thought to have been hydraulic and involving nosewheel shimmy.
28 May 2250L Talkeetna AK C185 of McKinley Air Svc N70176 Crashed at base of Mt McKinley, Takeetna, Alaska. 4 fatal / 4 on board Weather-related controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).
28 May Leeds Bradford UK Cessna Citation of German Regn Overran down steep grassy banks off runway 14 after landing very long in light wind. Nil Minor nosewheel damage.
29 May Paris-Dublin BAe146 of CityJet Berserk 35yo male pax broke fluoro tube from wall of toilet and attacked crew and pax. Nil / 82 pax & 8 crew Restrained by crew & pax and later arrested by Gardai and committed to St Brendan's Psychiatric Hospital.

31 May Chicago (ORD) 767-300 of AA Flt: AA089 On t/off suffered cracked cockpit window & crew used maximum braking to abort. Nil Small fire erupted in undercarriage (quickly extinguished by the airport fire brigade).

02 Jun Portland Ore. Citation 560 Reg: N561GR Lost engine cowling on departure Runway 28R. Nil Cowling remained unsecured following a servicing.
03 Jun Ontario California 727 of DHL Alert 2 state declared for an inbound 727 with asymmetric flaps. Nil System normally trips before any asymmetric state of deployment creates a flight control problem.
03 Jun Evansville Regional Indiana Jetstream 41 of American Connection Crew shut down one engine and returned 30 mins into a flight to St Louis Missouri. Nil No further details

03 Jun 1634L Boston Mass. Dornier 328-300 jet of Blue Ridge Flight 6133 on maneuver from gate 41, hit a tug vehicle. Nil Damage minor.
03 Jun Denver Colo. A319 of Frontier Flt: FFT045 N901FR encountered severe turbulence on 2 mile finals. 1 ser inj F/A leg broken at ankle in 3 places. CB cloud forecast on SpecialWeather
04 Jun Marion Ill. Jetstream Super 31 of Corporate Xpress Flt5413 struck deer on landing r/way 20, taxied to gate. Nil / 13pax & 3 crew Minor damage to a/c.
06 Jun 1540L Albany NY EMB145 of American Eagle Boston-Toronto flt shut down an engine & landed Albany. Nil / 25pax & 3 crew A/c shut down and evacuated after a second fire light on the other engine.
