Med-Trans has appointed Larry Bugg as safety director.

Northstar Aerospace has appointed Craig Yuen as its company’s new chief financial officer.

Silver State Helicopters has appointed Tim Barrett vice president of its Advanced Flight Training Academy, to be located in central Texas and Provo, Utah. Sean Moretz has been named vice president of commercial operations. Patrick Dennis has been named vice president of corporate business development. Hailey Barrett has been named regional enrollment manager for the company’s Northwest region. Carmen Keane has been named regional enrollment manager for the Central region. Lisa Trani will serve as regional enrollment manager for the Southwest region and Mike Williams will be regional enrollment manager for the Eastern region. Wayne Prodger has been named general manager of the company’s Oakland, Calif. flight training location.

Barry Lutin has been named manager of Helion Protocopter, Bitburg, Germany.

Bob Evans is the new general manager of Wulfsberg Electronics, Prescott, Ariz. John Filmonchik has rejoined Wulfsburg as the business development manager.

Lowell Faulkenberry has joined FlightSafety International as FlightSafety Simulation’s director of finance.

EADS North America has named Marc Bouvier as its new vice president of strategy and integration, with responsibility for the company’s growth and development through mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and the application of EADS technologies and products to the U.S. market. He most recently was vice president for large security systems for EADS Defense & Communications Systems.

Rhonda Albright has been named program director for the Mountain Home Air Evac Lifeteam base in Mountain Home, Ark.

ASTM International, one of the world’s largest standards-developing organizations, has promoted three senior level staff members. Katharine Morgan, general manager, technical committee support, was promoted to vice president, technical committee operations. Teresa Cendrowska will serve as the new vice president, global cooperation. She had been director, external relations. Jeff Grove was promoted to vice president, global policy and industry affairs. He was director, government and industry affairs.
