November 24, 2011 Santa Rosa, Ecuador Cessna 150 HC-BJA Around 2020 CUT, 1520 local time, a/c was substantially damaged when it impacted rising terrain in the Giron Alto mountains near Santa Rosa. The pilot and pilot-rated passenger were fatally injured. November 15, 2011 Sheboygan, WI Beech S35 N5858S Around 1054 CST, a/c sustained substantial damage when it impacted terrain during a forced landing following a loss of engine power near Sheboygan, WI. The pilot and passenger sustained minor injuries. According to the pilot, there were no anomalies prior to the loss of engine power. After several unsuccessful engine restarts, the pilot executed a forced landing to a field with the landing gear retracted. November 16, 2011 Flint, MI Piaggio Aero Industries SPA P180 N168SL Around 0940 EST, a/c impacted terrain during landing at the Bishop Int'l Airport (FNT). The captain, first officer, and two passengers sustained minor injuries. According to preliminary air traffic control communications, the flight crew declared an emergency due to a reported problem w/the left engine--the flight diverted to FNT, landed on runway 18. During landing roll, a/c veered to the right. November 17, 2011 Ulysses, PA Beech 95-C55 N54552 Around 1619 EST, a twin-engine a/c impacted a garage during a forced landing following a total loss of engine power near Ulysses, PA. The a/c was substantially damaged during the impact sequence and consumed by a post-crash fire.
