Latitude Appoints Technology VP

Victoria, BC-based Latitude Technologies has hired Brad Head as its new vice president of technology. He will lead architectural definition and technical matters for all the company’s software and data services. Head came from the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation, where he created the province’s architecture and standards group and was responsible for the Ministry’s enterprise IT strategy.
