AgustaWestland Designates AW169 Distributor in Japan

Mitsui Bussan Aerospace (MBA) has struck a deal with AgustaWestland to distribute the AW169 in Japan. The agreement builds on a partnership with the manufacturer that dates back to 2005, when MBA became a distributor of the AW139. Certification of the AW169 is projected in 2014, with a fourth prototype scheduled to join the flight test program in 2013.
