XJT Welcomes One-Millionth Customer

ExpressJet Airlines announced it said "welcome aboard" to more than one million customers, as the airline celebrated that milestone today with customer Stephen Lord on flight number XE 0104 departing from L.A./Ontario to Colorado Springs at 12:40 PM. While handing out a round-trip ticket voucher to the one-millionth customer and thanking him for his business, President and CEO Jim Ream said the real stars of the day were ExpressJet employees.
"ExpressJet's people have risen to the occasion to launch a new brand of flying in all of the cities where we have introduced service," Ream said. "At the same time, they continued to give customers an excellent experience, whether they fly with us as Continental Express, Delta Connection or on a charter aircraft."
