T-Giving Travelers Remain Steady

Some 39 percent of consumers expect to travel this Thanksgiving, mirroring results from last year. The report resulted from a Harris Interactive survey commissioned by Hotwire.com. Also, similar to last year, of those consumers who will be traveling this holiday, 74 percent will travel shorter distances of 200 miles or less for the holiday. The survey was part of an effort to remind consumers of the deals available, especially at hotels, when business travelers vacate the system.
