SkyWest Runway Excursion

A Canada-bound United Express aircraft, operated by SkyWest, was involved in a runway excursion when Flight 6975, bound for Winnipeg, rolled off a taxiway and into the grass at O'Hare Saturday afternoon after apparently losing steering power prior to takeoff. The 40 passengers and crew exited the aircraft without injury and awaited a replacement aircraft.
