RAA Adds to Inflight Group

FAA regulations, safety procedures, labor relations and training practices are all part of the Regional Airline Association Inflight Committee which added new members last week. The committee elected American Eagle-Regional Managing Director Hillarie Van Zanten and Director of Cabin Services at Republic Airways Group Amy Chiappe as co-chairs. Van Zanten and Chiappe join longtime co-chair and SkyWest Vice President Inflight Sonya Wolford, who has led the group since its inception in March 2001.
“The work of this group is very important because the participants represent cabin safety professionals who are responsible for safety of passengers flying to communities in every corner of the continent from Eastern Canada to Central America to the Alaskan Peninsula,” said RAA Vice President Scott Foose.
