New FAA Funding Plan Would Harm Community Air Service

In testimony before the House Aviation Subcommittee, National Business Aviation Association President Ed Bolen said that the proposed FAA reauthorization funding mechanism would jeopardize the access to the national air transportation system, many of which have lost all scheduled air service and now rely on general aviation.
