Murnane Terminated at Mesa
In the wake of the recent ruling awarding Hawaiian Airlines $80 million in damages for the illegal use of confidential information gained in an attempt to invest in the Hawaiian carrier, Mesa Air Group terminated Chief Financial Officer, George "Peter" Murnane III, who has been suspended from the airline since September. The company named William Hoke to serve as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer.
"Bill has served Mesa well as our Vice President of Finance and we look forward to his continued responsibility for our financial and accounting operations," said Mesa Chairman and CEO, Jonathan Ornstein. Related Story
