Malaysia, ATR Ink Mx Deal

In a deal valued at $27 million, Malaysia Airlines and ATR signed a Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA) for spare parts and maintenance service for the airline’s new ATR 72-500 fleet that will be flown by subsidiaries MAS Wings and Firefly. Under this 7-year GMA, ATR will handle the repair of equipment and line replaceable units, as well as the inventory of spare parts.
