CAE, Embraer Sign Phenom Training Pact

The Phenom’s European training center will be at CAE’s training center at Burgess Hill nearly London’s Gatwick Airport and will be ready for launch when the first Phenom 100 is delivered to Europe in 2009. The Burgess Hill training center is CAE's European home for business aviation training. In October 2006, Embraer and CAE announced an agreement to form a global training joint venture to provide entitlement training and post-entitlement training for pilots and ground crew personnel of the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft. The initial training program will be offered at CAE SimuFlite in Dallas, Texas, at the same time as the Phenom 100 goes into service in 2008.
