Cathay Pacific and sister carrier Dragonair operate the world's largest fleet of A330s, with 56 currently in commercial service.
“The A330 has played an integral part in Cathay Pacific’s growth," said Ivan Chu, chief operating officer of Cathay Pacific. The airline has now taken delivery of 39 of the larger A330-300 variant.
The Hong Kong-based carrier has outstanding orders for 10 additional A330-300s, and also has orders for 48 A350 XWB family aircraft.
