Comair, Pilots Must Extend Deadline

A federal bankruptcy judge ordered Comair and its pilots union to continue negotiating at least through the end of this week. The ruling came in response to Comair’s request for the bankruptcy court to block a possible pilot’s strike if Comair imposes wages and benefits. The court wants more time to consider the request and, in the meantime, told both parties to refrain from taking any action.
