Comair, Pilots Set New Negotiating Deadline

Management and pilots at Comair agreed to a deal giving them until February 2 to negotiate a new contract. The extension came at the end of a long negotiation last Thursday. However, Comair creditors objected to the length of the term, especially since Comair could have imposed terms on its pilots on December 30 given the approval of the bankruptcy court. The airline is seeking $15.8 million in pilot concessions.
