US Airways named US Airways executive Dion Flannery, currently vice president, financial analysis, president of US Airways Express. Flannery, 41, succeeds Robert Martens, who announced his retirement from the airline. In his new role, Flannery will be responsible for oversight of US Airways' wholly owned regional carriers, Piedmont and PSA Airlines, as well as the seven regional affiliates that currently operate as US Airways Express.
