Pinnacle Airlines Corp [PNCL] JP Morgan June 7 Under weight (Initiating coverage) The Northwest spinoff is not expected to get additional growth jet opportunities. Pilot negotiations at Northwest may limit Pinnacle's eventual use of larger regional jets.
ExpressJet Holdings Inc. [XJT] JP Morgan June 7 DN Under weight (Neutral) Since Continental already flies a number of 104-seat Boeing 737-500s, it does seem unlikely that ExpressJet will gain a contract to fly larger regional jets. Given the large stake Continental still holds in the regional, the ExpressJet pilots may be asked to take wage cuts as part of any Continental concessions deal.
