Paul Foley, president and ceo of MAIR Holdings, was elected chair of the Regional Airline Association, succeeding Jeff Pinneo, president of Horizon Air. Bryan Bedford, president and CEO of Republic Airways Holdings (RJET) was elected vice chair while Rick Leach, president and COO of Trans States Holdings was elected Treasurer. Finally Dan Wolf, president of Cape Air was elected secretary.

Three new board members were also named including Joseph Rendell of Air Canada Jazz, David Reeve of Skyway Airlines (MEH) and Stephen Farrow of Piedmont Airlines, while Tom Komberec of Empire Airlines was re-elected to the board. Heading up the RAA's Associate Member Council will be Mark Hale, vice president-marketing of Embraer (ERJ) who was elected the 2007 AMC chair. Vice chair will be Rick Townsend, vice president marketing and customer support for AAR Oklahoma.
