First 'go!' aircraft in HNL
The first go! aircraft flew into Honolulu (HNL) on May 19, ready to begin operations competing head-to-head with Aloha and Hawaiian on four inter-island routes. The aircraft -- a Bombardier CRJ200 -- was dispatched from Phoenix. The aircraft arrived two weeks ahead of schedule in a livery featuring a wave photographed off the north shore of Oahu. The airline intends to serve Honolulu to Kona, Lihue and Maui-Kahului and flights are expected to reach 32 daily, growing to 62 per day once Hilo is added to the network on June 30th. ?
