Judith Haberkorn was elected to the board of ExpressJet Holdings (XJT) filling the vacancy left by Thomas Horton. Haberkorn, who retired in June 2000 as president- consumer sales and service for Bell Atlantic, brings her experience at the communications company including as president-public and operator services and vice president- materials managements. She is also a director of Armstrong World Industries and Enesco Corporation and is a member of the advisory board of Norfolk Southern Railroad.
Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (GLUX) announced the appointment of Todd Tirevold to the position of Accountable Manager for their 145-Certified Repair Station.
National Business Aircraft Association named Stephen Hadley as its regional representative in the southwest, covering Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi. The post serves as an "outside-the-beltway" voice for the business aviation community. Hadley has served as a corporate pilot, director of flight operations for Abilene Aero and Lubbock Aero and vice president of the Texas Air Center.
SkyWest (SKYW) named Patricia Stambelos to the position of assistant general counsel, reporting to General Counsel Todd Emerson. Based in Los Angeles, Stambelos oversees all labor and employment litigation in California and will assist in significant legislation throughout the airline. She joins SkyWest after working for several leading California employment law firms where she gained expertise defending companies accused of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations and unfair competition..
Wingspeed Corp appointed James W. Grace, director of sales to manage sales of the company's XLLink Communications System.
