Analysis: Air Wisconsin in August began its transition from United to US Airways. It began limited service for US Airways out of Philadelphia. It withdrew several CRJ 200s from the United fleet. The shift will continue until the end of the year. Each aircraft is out of service for about 10 days as it is repainted and the livery changed. In August, Air Wisconsin had the steepest decline in traffic and capacity thus far this year in the month-over-month reports.
