As part of the settlement with
Hawaiian Airlines concerning their long-running lawsuit over Mesa's inter-island flight services operated under the go! brand name,
Mesa Air Group, Inc. was able to recoup $37.5 million of the $90 million bond it was forced to post with the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii after Hawaiian won its lawsuit against the regional carrier.
