AviationToday.com Covers BizJet Boom w/ Webinar
As the business jet market continues its hot streak, AviationToday.com examines what it means in an industry that is enjoying strong demand on all fronts. Analysts project continued growth in bizjet deliveries through the remainder of the decade, with the emerging markets of China, India and Russia as the hottest regions for the industry. Indeed, growth of business jet deliveries now surpasses the pace of narrow body commercial airliner deliveries. The next 20 years will witness demand for 23,000 new corporate jet aircraft, from Very Light Jets through business jetliners. Demand is being propelled by the business community's increasing embrace of business jets as a productivity tool. What’s more, increasingly popular fractional programs are lowering the cost of entry and ownership. The webinar will cover the hot bizjet models, from Bombardier (BBD), Embraer (ERJ), Cessna and other manufacturers. In addition, it will examine the regulatory issues at play and what the FAA has in store for the bizjet market as well as infrastructure needs. It will also examine what technology has meant to the industry and how it has fueled the growth as well as what trends to expect, especially in after-market industries such as suppliers and maintenance, repair and overhaul. Experts include Raymond Jaworowski, Senior Aerospace Analyst, Forecast International, and Kathryn Creedy, who has reported on the industry for nearly 30 years, as both a freelance writer and as managing editor of Regional Aviation News.
