bmi Announces First UK Fare Sale in New Year

CHICAGO and LAS VEGAS, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- bmi is offering its first UK transatlantic fare sale in 2008, starting at $370 roundtrip beginning today and ending Feb. 6 for travel from Jan. 30 through March 31, 2008.

Roundtrip sale fares in economy, premium economy and business class from bmi gateways of Chicago and Las Vegas and a sampling of its code-share cities throughout the US to Manchester, England are as follows:

To London and the Scottish cities of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh, the add-on fare only on Chicago or Las Vegas originating tickets is $38 roundtrip for all fare sale classes and $154 to Belfast, Exeter and Norwich. A stopover in Manchester in either direction is permitted at no additional cost.

These sale fares are nonrefundable, require a seven day-advance purchase and minimum three day stay or Saturday overnight. Changes are allowed after departure for a $150 fee plus any difference in the fare level. Children's fares are available at a reduced rate. The fares are based on required roundtrip purchase and exclude taxes and fees starting at $185. Tickets must be purchased within 72 hours of making a reservation.
