David Holmes III who has been promoted from Regional Commercial Director, The Americas, UATP, effective immediately. Holmes will focus on the recruitment of new airline Issuers and Merchants, growing existing UATP Issuer programs and expanding UATP’s partner program with non-traditional forms of payment companies.
