Limited (Nasdaq: TATTF) today announced that its Board of Directors has
approved the distribution of cash dividend in the total amount of

15,000,000 (approx.

per share, respectively). The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record
on
March 26, 2009. The Company will pay the dividend on
April 8, 2009.
