May 2007, as disclosed by the
Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) today.

According to ANAC, TAM registered 23.8% growth in domestic RPK (demand)
compared to the same period last year, and 30.9% increase in domestic ASK
(supply). In May, market demand increased 13.2% and market supply increased
15.3%. TAM registered a domestic market share (RPK) of 49.7%, a 4.3 p.p.
increase compared to the same period in 2006. TAM's domestic load factor was
69.4%, 0.8 p.p. higher than the market average 68.6%.
In the international market, TAM registered 102.1% growth in RPK and
117.7% in ASK, compared to May 2006. The company attained market share of
72.4%, representing 43.9 p.p. growth year on year. TAM attained 68.6% load
factor, 7.7 p.p. higher than the market average of 60.9%.
The domestic scheduled yield for May 2007 was reduced in comparison to the
same period of the previous year, however it has already presented a recovery
compared to April 2007.
