Ron Nakamoto as chief executive officer. Nakamoto, who previously
served as chief operating officer of Savi Technology, Inc., has more than 30
years of experience, eight of them with
Lockheed Martin, in a wide range of
technical, operational and executive assignments.

As CEO, Nakamoto plans to leverage his background in growing companies
with Lockheed Martin's extensive capabilities to significantly expand Savi
Technology's Radio Frequency Identification-based (RFID) Total Asset
Management solutions and services into the defense, civilian agency and
commercial markets - both in the United States and internationally.

Nakamoto also serves as chief operating officer of Savi Group, and vice
president and general manager for the Global In-Transit Visibility division of
Lockheed Martin's Integrated Systems & Global Solutions Company.
Prior to joining Savi, Nakamoto was vice president and general manager for
the $1.5 billion, 3,600 employee Intelligence Systems business of the
Integrated Systems & Solutions Company of Lockheed Martin, which achieved a
record win rate of 99% with over $3.5 billion in contract awards. Nakamoto
was also vice president of the Mission Ground Systems line of business and the
regional executive for the Western Region of Lockheed Martin Management and
Data Systems Company, growing the business by 600% over five years.
Prior to Lockheed Martin, Nakamoto held systems engineering and management
positions at Western Development Labs, Loral Corporation, and at Ford
Aerospace Communications Corporation. Nakamoto also has held classified
assignments involving intelligence systems with the U.S. Secretary of the Air
Force.
Nakamoto was awarded a military scholarship and earned a Physics degree
from San Francisco State University, and a Masters of Science in R&D Systems
from the University of Southern California. He has received numerous awards,
including the National Management Association Manager of the Year Award, the
Lockheed Martin NOVA Award and most recently was recognized as the Asian
American Engineer of the Year for 2006.
Nakamoto is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers (IEEE), National Defense Transportation Association
(NDTA), Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group (SVMG), and the Council of Asian
American Leaders (CAAL).
Nakamoto and his wife Elaine, who also works at Lockheed Martin
Corporation, have two grown children.
