Mexicana de Aviacion Announces the Launch of Its New Service: Las Vegas - Culiacan - Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Mexicana de Aviacion, Mexico's first airline and leader in the international market announced today its new route between Las Vegas and Culiacan. The route has been created to accommodate the high demand of passengers traveling between these two cities.

This new service, demonstrates the growth of the Las Vegas gateway, and Mexicana's commitment to support the needs of Las Vegas residents whose family ties take them to Culiacan to visit family and friends as well as for leisure activities. On the leisure aspect, Culiacan is the perfect setting for hunting and fishing. Among other attractions, travelers may also enjoy Imala's hot springs, and proximity to several dams and reservoirs allow for fishing of large mouth bass all year round.

Mexicana flight 427 will depart Las Vegas McCarran International Airport at 2:30 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays, arriving at General Rafael Buelna Culiacan International Airport at 6:00 a.m. Returning Mexicana flight 426 will depart Culiacan at 10:10 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday to arrive in Las Vegas at 11:35 p.m. These new flights will operate using state-of-the-art Airbus A318 equipment configured to comfortably accommodate 12 seats in Executive class and 138 in the main cabin.
