Lockheed Martin Declares Quarterly Dividend of 35 Cents

BETHESDA, Md., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend on the Corporation's common stock of 35 cents per-share.

The dividend is payable Sept. 28, 2007 to holders of record as of Sept. 4, 2007.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin employs about 140,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. The Corporation reported 2006 sales of $39.6 billion.
