LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Locair, Inc. flight 151, enroute from Baltimore-Washington Thurgood International Airport to Lake Cumberland Regional Airport, in Somerset, Kentucky, experienced a runway excursion while landing in wintry conditions at 3:22PM Eastern time.  Both pilots and single passenger were not injured and have not requested medical assistance.
