Integrated Airline Services Names Wheeling as Newly Appointed President

DENVER, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Founder, chairman and chief executive officer Terry Combs, Jr., of Denver-based Integrated Airline Services (IASAir) has named Everett Thomas (Tom) Wheeling III to company president this week.

Effective immediately, Wheeling will serve as president of IASAir, one of the country's largest independent aviation ground handlers. For more than 20 years, IASAir has operated as a privately held company providing passenger, cargo, and ramp handling services to major commercial and charter airlines. Successfully conducting business nationally and internationally, IASAir is one of the largest US-owned ground handling companies operating in the United States.

Wheeling, with more than 20 years of experience in the airline industry, is responsible for directing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company including operations, marketing, customer service, and finance. In conjunction with the CEO, Wheeling's role is to further improve IASAir's position in the marketplace. Prior to his appointment as president, Wheeling held the position as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining IASAir, Wheeling was employed by Evergreen EAGLE and Worldwide Flight Services, where he held senior level positions in both sales and operations.

"Tom Wheeling represents a new generation of IASAir leadership dedicated to quality service and responsive relationships which have been the keys to IASAir's ongoing success," said Combs.

About the founder, Harry B. (Terry) Combs, Jr.

Combs founded IASAir in 1984 and provides executive oversight over all company areas. Prior to founding IASAir (originally known as American Cargo Handling and Equipment), Combs established, owned and operated Combs Freightair, an all cargo airline, and Frontier Commuter Airlines, a commuter passenger airline. He has successfully managed several aviation companies in a highly competitive and volatile aviation and airport environment. For 17 years, Combs operated numerous air taxi postal contracts in the United States and directed one of the first cargo airline companies to secure an airline certification after deregulation in 1977. Combs is a graduate of Yale University.

About Integrated Airline Services
