Elbit Systems to Open NASDAQ on March 12, 2008

HAIFA, Israel, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) announced today that its President and CEO, Joseph Ackerman, its Chairman, Michael Federmann, and CFO Mr. Joseph Gaspar will ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell on Wednesday, March 12, 2008. The event marks a celebration of the continued international growth of the Company, which has been listed on the NASDAQ for over 10 years.

Following the ceremony, Elbit Systems' management will be hosting a luncheon at the NASDAQ building at 4 Times Square at 12:00 pm. This event will provide an opportunity for analysts and investors to meet with senior management and review the Company's performance in 2007, as well as learn of trends for 2008.
