The Air Force Association today announced that the Eaker Institute, the public policy and research arm of the AFA and the affiliated Aerospace Education Foundation (AEF), will release a study tentatively titled “Cyberspace: The Airman’s Domain.”
The Oct. 9 press conference at the National Press Club will include Gen. John Jumper (ret.), Lt. Gen. Robert Elder, and Lt. Gen. John Baker (ret.):
-- Gen. Jumper (ret.) served as Chief of Staff of the Air Force.
-- Lt. Gen. Elder commands the Air Force headquarters for cyberspace,
global strike and network operations, including the establishment
of a new Cyber Command.
-- Lt. Gen. Baker (ret.) served as Vice Commander, Air Mobility Command.
His Air Force service began in 1972.
The study was commissioned by AFA and authored by Dr. Rebecca Grant, President of IRIS Independent Research. A summary and the report will be available, and the generals will take questions following the presentation of the report.
