Albany, New York is the newest
hub for Cape Air, the New England based regional airline, now offering three
daily non-stop flights between the state capital and the three communities of
Massena,
Ogdensburg and

Cape Air's service officially starts on September 16 with three daily
round-trips including an early morning departure from each of the three cities
and low air fares starting at $49 each way.
