Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reported that a quarterly dividend of thirty (30) cents per share was declared by the board of directors at its meeting today. The dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 10, 2006.
