CLEVELAND,

Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an
engineering unit of
Michael Baker Corporation (Amex: BKR), has been awarded a
$1 million general engineering and design services contract by the City of
Cleveland Department of Port Control, for work to be performed at
Cleveland
Hopkins International (CLE) and Burke Lakefront (BKL) Airports.

The two-year contract begins immediately and provides for two, one-year
options. Specifically, Baker will provide professional services to the
Department of Port Control staff including on-call engineering and
architectural services for various projects at the two airports.
