FORT WORTH, Texas,
Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle, the
regional affiliate of American Airlines, will add nonstop service between
Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) and
Miami International Airport
(MIA), beginning
April 10.
American Eagle's service will be the first ever between the state of
Arkansas and Miami. The airline will operate round-trip service between the
two cities using a 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jet.
"American and American Eagle have been proud to give travelers from
Northwest Arkansas their first nonstop access to New York and Los Angeles, and
this new route will allow them to access the premier Latin American gateway at
our Miami hub," said American Eagle President Peter Bowler.

that American Eagle, with this new route, will continue to provide the same
