FORT WORTH, Texas,

Credit Union will present "Smart! Savvy! Sophisticated!" -- a seminar designed
to empower women by teaching the necessary tools to find and purchase the
right car.
Barbara Terry, auto expert and off-road race car driver, will host
the event. The 90 minute seminar is at
6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at the C.R.
Smith Museum, 4601 Highway 360 at
FAA Road in
Fort Worth, Texas. The event is

Terry will cover a number of topics, including how much car you can
afford, how to research the cars you find appealing, and tips to ensure your
purchasing decision is the best one possible. "Women make the final decision

husband and family," said Terry. "We're going to equip attendees with the
information to make a confident decision that gets them the vehicle they want
at a price they can afford."
