Alteon Expands Its Customer Offering With Simulator Management Services

SEATTLE, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Alteon Training, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), today announced it has launched Simulator Management Services to expand its current Training Services offerings.

Alteon Simulator Management Services offers customized updates, upgrades, and modifications to flight training devices and full flight simulators worldwide. This element of the new service line comes through the assimilation of the highly experienced Boeing Simulator Services group. A host of tailored upgrades are available including: implementation of new aerodynamics, engine and flight controls model releases, visual system updates, software and hardware updates, data additions, configuration changes, and worldwide qualification assistance. This team of experts provides customers with support in simulation engineering, simulator data, logistics and modification management.

In addition to the described specific hardware work, Alteon continues to provide ongoing simulator maintenance and operations services to airlines worldwide.
