agreement whereby AMSTAT owner/operator information will be incorporated into
select PASSUR products. The combined product offering, to be integrated in the
PASSUR(R) FBO(TM) software suite, provides a new level of sophistication and
value to the FBO marketplace.

The new marketing agreement provides for the instant correlation of
