AirTran Airways Customers in Orlando Affected by Tropical Storm Fay May Change Travel Plans Without Penalty

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Based on the current forecasts for Tropical Storm Fay by the National Hurricane Center, AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc., (NYSE: AAI), is offering passengers with flights booked to/from Orlando the same waiver/change options offered to the cities announced earlier today. Orlando now joins Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Miami, Sarasota/Bradenton, Tampa and West Palm Beach, Florida in the list of cities possibly impacted by this storm. Passengers booked on AirTran flights to/from these destinations on Monday, August 18 or Tuesday, August 19, may move their flight to another date through August 23, 2008, based on space availability without change fees or fare adjustments.
