Bag Sponsor: $3,500
Imagine every attendee carrying your logo – from the moment they check in at registration, and months after the show! Upon registration, each attendee will receive a beautiful portfolio bag to carry important materials throughout the Conference. Your logo will appear along with the Avionics for NextGen logo. You can also include a one-page flyer to be placed in the bag - what exposure!
Portfolio Sponsor: $3,250 for 8 ½ x 11
Leatherette portfolios with notepads will be handed to every attendee at registration for use during and after the Conference. Your company logo will appear on all portfolios and will be a “take-home” must!
Travel Coffee Mug Sponsor: $3,250
Your logo will be on high quality, stainless steel coffee mugs distributed to every attendee at the Conference.
Laptop Lane: $2,250
Laptop Lanes at the Avionics for NextGen Conference are dedicated sections within the session room that provide complimentary charging stations for attendees who chose to take notes in the sessions on their laptops. This sponsorship includes table tents with your logo, as well as ample signage on-site as the exclusive Laptop Lane provider.
Badge and Lanyard Sponsor: $2,250
Every attendee is required to wear a name badge throughout the Conference and lanyards are a great way to enhance your brand and increase your corporate visibility! This is an excellent opportunity to ensure that your company’s name will literally be in front of every Conference attendee. Sponsorship includes branded lanyards and badge stock.
Conference Pens: $1,750
