Registration Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation deadline is August 3, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 3, 2012 to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 3, 2012 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this Conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. All refund requests are processed after the event.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: Avionics for NextGen, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or jwalsh@accessintel.com.
AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the Avionics for NextGen Conference.
