Does the Avionics for NextGen offer government/military discounts?
Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rate. To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Contractors do not qualify for government/military discounts.
What is the dress code?
Business formal is encouraged for all events at Avionics for NextGen. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Are there discounted rates for the Sheraton Hotel?
Yes! A discounted room rate of $129 per night is available for Avionics for NextGen participants. Click here to book your hotel online.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: Avionics for NextGen, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is August 2, 2013. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 2, 2013 to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 2, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this Conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients.
