Helicopters’ strategy and contributes to the success of the objectives outlined in its transformation plan, which focuses on customer satisfaction, quality, safety and competitiveness. The Airbus Helicopters Partner Portal site will facilitate the exchange of data and information between Airbus Helicopters and its partners, giving greater visibility to partners’ challenges and industrial needs.
This shared platform offers a wide range of services. They include access to a platform for responding to tender processes and monitoring contracts (eProc), as well as tools for tracking projections and orders (AirSupply), for publishing manufacturing plans (Supply Plan) and for drawing up and tracking invoices. Additionally, centralized access is provided to a paperless invoice platform (bProcess), as well as to the Airbus Helicopters, Sharepoint and BoostAero information exchange forums.
