Accident Task Group Formed

Last week's tragic crash off the coast of Scotland prompted Oil & Gas U.K. to form a task group that will help to define possible policies and practices for the industry in that region. Oil & Gas U.K. is the leading rep for the offshore industry in that region and is licensed by the government to explore for and produce oil and gas in U.K. waters. The group will be chaired by Bob Keiller, CEO of PSN, the Aberdeen-based oil service company, which lost one of its employees in the disaster. Participating companies include Apache North Sea, Bond Offshore Helicopters, BP and others. For related news
