Mr. Wilding has an MS in Aerospace Engineering and spent 15 years working in composite technologies in aviation/aerospace, both in rapid prototyping and certified aircraft environments. At AdamWorks Joe has designed the MOD.uavTM, a modular UAV intended as a platform for a wide range of missions, as well as structures and systems for numerous composite based programs for both manned and unmanned vehicles. Before becoming Chief Engineer at AdamWorks, Joe worked at National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR), Raytheon Aircraft, Scaled Technology Works and Adam Aircraft and has performed design work for numerous aircraft including work on the VisionAire Vantage. As the head of Advanced Design at Adam Aircraft, he was part of the design and certification of the A500 and A700, as well as led the preliminary design for the A800 and A1000 and a cargo plane for the Air Force, all of which were composite aircraft.
