Mr. Weber is president and owner of TECOP International Ltd., a San Diego-based aviation consulting firm. He has 40 years experience in the technology and aviation fields, as both a consultant and as a senior executive. He is a recognized expert in the application of advanced technology to the aerospace and airline industries.

Mr. Weber's industry activities and his advisory role to the FAA have made him an expert in how the United States' air traffic control system will evolve over the next decade. He remains active with committees that are dealing with the FAA's Joint Planning and Development Organization (JDPO), and the FAA's near-term Operational Evolution Plan (OEP). Mr. Weber has over 20 years experience working with senior FAA management. His clients include airlines, airports, manufacturers, and industry trade groups in the US and Europe. Mr. Weber's clients include the Dept. of Homeland Security, NASA, DOD, DOC, DOE, the Air Force Research Labs at Dayton Ohio, and Sandia Labs.

Mr. Weber received a B.S. (Magna Cum Laude) in Mathematics from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. After completing graduate studies in theoretical solid-state physics at the Rhenish-Westphalian Institute of Technology in Aachen, Germany, where he received a Preliminary Diploma in Physics, Hans also earned an M.A. in Nuclear Physics from San Diego State University in a joint program with the University of California at San Diego and the General Atomics Corporation.

Mr. Weber also serves as head of Weber Technologies Applications.
